Caring Caps is a 501(c)(3) charity dedicated to improving babies' lives.

Caring Caps revives the dying art of knitting by teaching people how to knit using a simple small loom (pictured above). Through our multiple branches in America, as well as independent knitters across the globe,  we have a network of volunteers that we supply with the necessary yarn and looms to create simple items such as caps, blankets, and toys. Caring Caps then receives these knitted items at our headquarters in Florida and distributes them to various developing nations around the world.

These two images showcase the impact handmade items can have on a child and their family. For most recipients, this is the only handmade item they will receive from outside of their village. Because these families don't have photos and other items to remember their child's infancy, they treasure these hats, blankets, and toys greatly.
