Hey y'all! I hope you are having a great week! As you may recall from my last view blogs, I am transitioning to college life and am trying to continue to manage Caring Caps while I do that.
I have a couple more YouTube videos in the works at the moment. For a while I have been inconsistent with posting to YouTube, but have finally figure out a schedule. Every other Thursday, you can expect a Caring Caps video. More often than not, it will be a tutorial too. If you have any suggestions for a knitting tutorial, I would love to hear them. At this point I still have several loom knitting tutorials I am planning to make, but am hoping to eventually post crocheting and needle-knitting tutorials down the road too.
Today I wanted to share with you a simple and easy way to take your hat to the next level. This will work better for larger hats (like those we send to chemo patients), but if you have a smaller pom-pom maker, you could make it work for small baby hats.
Instead of making one pom-pom and attaching it to the top of the hat, make 3 pom-poms of different colors and attach all three to the top. It makes all of the pom-poms more stable and adds a cute look to the hat.
Thanks again so much for continuing this mission! Have a blessed day :)
